Hanarth Fonds Foundation (Hanarth Fonds) is responsible for the processing of personal information and takes this responsibility seriously. This means, amongst other things, that we treat your personal information with confidentiality, that we take security measures to protect these data from loss, unauthorized access or theft and that we delete your data if we no longer need them.
Our privacy statement concerns the use of personal information by the Hanarth Fonds and its administered website(s). This privacy statement is part of our website(s) as indicated on www.hanarthfonds.nl/disclaimer.
The Hanarth Fonds complies with any applicable law and legislation, like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We require personal information to process applications and funding of awarded applications. Furthermore, we might use personal information to optimize our services and spread our message. We store personal information because we are obliged to do so according to (legal) financial and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties without a processing agreement. We have a processing agreement with some third parties (processors) to guarantee the safety of personal information.
Moreover, we will not share information of applicants and beneficiaries with third parties unless we are legally obliged and allowed. For example, the police authorities might request (personal) information within the context of an investigation. In such cases we are obliged to cooperate and have to submit this information.
We do not share personal information with parties located outside the EU.
The Hanarth Fonds keeps personal information no longer than necessary for the purpose it was provided for or as is required by law.
You have the right to request insight, adjustment or removal of your personal information. We will deal with such a request. In some situations, we might refuse such a request, for example when the rights of others are more important. For example, if the data requested for access also contain other people’s personal information. If we deny the request, we will give a written motivation for not complying to the request.
